Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All bookings at Cosmic Teller are pre-scheduled and carefully planned to offer high-quality, one-on-one consultations.

 

Cancellation Terms:

• Once a session is booked and payment is made, cancellations are not permitted.

• This includes email reports, live consultations, and recorded video readings.
  
   

Rescheduling Terms:

• Rescheduling may be permitted only once, and only if requested at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the service being marked as delivered with no reschedule or refund.
